SPINROLL - The evolution of foam rolling and myofascial release for spinal health

Spinroll® by Spinext® is the first foam roller designed and developed specifically for spinal health.

Its central ergonomic groove is inspired by anatomy and allows for targeted action on the muscles and joints of the spine without exerting pressure on the spinous process.

Its compact size addresses the limitations of traditional foam rollers, enabling precise use even in the most hard-to-reach areas, such as between the shoulder blades or on the pelvis.
