Spinext S.r.l. – Benefit Corporation was founded in 2024 by Guido Spinelli, an osteopath and physiotherapist, with the goal of innovating the sector of devices for well-being and rehabilitation, particularly of the spine, an area of expertise of its founder.

Spinext’s products, starting with Spinroll®, are developed based on an understanding of the most common clinical issues in patients, their needs, and their requirements, aiming to offer simple and accessible solutions for everyone.

Our mission is to answer the question that has guided and characterized our founder’s clinical journey over the past 15 years: "How can I help this person feel better?" Spinext aims to realize this vision on a large scale, with the objective of having a positive impact on the widest possible number of people, contributing to a society with a higher quality of life and widespread, sustainable physical and mental health.

Because we believe health is a right for all, we have decided to pursue this goal through the benefit corporation model: we commit to allocating part of our profits to initiatives that promote health and well-being, and that improve the environment and the context in which we live.
