PTS Delfi represents the gold standard for the application of PBFR (Personalized Blood Flow Restriction) in clinical practice, thanks to its safety, precision, and performance features. The device includes an integrated Doppler and is the only one that allows accurate and objective measurement of blood flow, as well as precise control of the desired occlusion.

PTS Delfi is the only system in the world certified as a medical device that integrates a patented Limb Occlusion Pressure (LOP) measurement technology, which automatically determines the patient-specific occlusion pressure and calculates the Personalized Tourniquet Pressure (PTP) as a percentage of the LOP, ensuring a personalized and reproducible BFR application.

The device features an adjustable pressurization timer with automatic deflation at the end of the cycle and a digital display of remaining time, as well as an interval timer to manage recovery periods between sets, with visual and audible alerts. Advanced pressure regulation, derived from surgical tourniquet technology, keeps the cuff stable at the set pressure even during limb movement. Twelve pre-set protocols are available for upper and lower limbs (strength, endurance, and cyclic BFR), with adjustable parameters for immediate personalization.

The system also includes a set and repetition indicator, an intuitive touchscreen interface for real-time monitoring of parameters, and an automatic data history that records LOP, PTP, inflation pressures, application times, and the number of pressurization cycles.
